“We combine the best of both worlds – the care and devotion of a small, dedicated agency with the experience and contacts of a multinational”
We work with governing bodies and rights holders to evaluate their assets, create product & marketing strategies and develop robust commercial programmes aimed at maximizing revenue and value. We are privileged to work with the most blue-chip of Federations and have significantly enhanced revenues year on year for all major clients during our tenure.
The increased revenues generated allow our clients to build value around their own businesses with larger and more numerous events, enhanced stakeholder programmes and deeper community/grassroots engagement.
Commune works with a variety of stakeholders, from Federations and Associations seeking evolutionary thinking, to brands looking to explore associative marketing platforms. Extensive experience in the activation of sponsorship means powerful solutions to unlocking value for brands from sponsorship.
More recently, we have been engaged to provide financial solutions and capital injection via sophisticated financial re-characterization.
In an increasingly fragmented media landscape, with a myriad of delivery channels and platforms, the fan and consumer have become more elusive than ever.
